Bio

Writing, drawing, painting and playing the guitar are some of the things I like to do. But my favorite past time is reading books with my grandchildren.

Except for four years in Tennessee, I grew up in Tulsa, OK. After two years of College at Oklahoma Christian College,

I finished my Bachelor of Arts degree at University of Tulsa.

I’ve been a graphic designer, art teacher, portrait painter, office manager and substitute teacher. I raised three children and all along the way I wrote and illustrated books.

I love living in Oklahoma with its sounds of thunderstorms, train whistles and song birds. Sunsets and wildflower fields also inspire me.
